What is R/V (Restricted view)?
If you book tickets labeled R/V(Restricted view), the seats will to some degree have limited view to the stage.

When do I need to be at the theatre?
We strongly recommend you to be at the theatre no later than half an hour prior to performance start. Then you have enough time to collect your tickets, use the wardrobe, find your seats etc. Normally the theatres in London have a bar, so the waiting time doesn’t fell to long.

Do you add booking fees?
We are often cheaper than other ticket agents and sometimes even cheaper than at the theatre itself
This is because we are an overseas agent, selling to clients who only visit London and do not live in Great Britain.
So often we are cheaper than if you bought the tickets at an agent in London or directly at the theatre box office.
For some musicals, and mostly for Saturdays, we are not cheaper than at the theatre directly, as we get no special tourist rates.
For these musicals there is added a booking and handling fee of 10 to 20% in the prices shown on our site. But please remember that for these musicals,
and especially for Saturday evening, it can be very difficult to find tickets in London, as they are often sold out.
So if you end up paying up to 20% in booking and handling fee for some musicals on our site, and again often for performances Saturday evening,
you are guaranteed tickets before you leave for London, and you don’t need to spend your time in London searching for tickets, only to find out the musical might be sold out!

What is a "matinee performance"?
A matinee performance is an afternoon performance which typically starts between one o’clock and three o’clock. Some theatres have a late matinee performance at five o’clock, mostly on Fridays. Most theatres have a matinee performance in the middle of the week and on Saturday.

What happens if I cannot use my tickets?
Normally tickets cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged to other dates. But if you cannot use your tickets, we will of course try to help you. Please contact us through the contact page on our site. Here we also explain how you should act if you cannot use your tickets. Please be aware that it can take some time to get tickets re-sold to other clients, and that there will be a cancelation fee to us and the theatre IF we succeed to cancel, re-sell or exchange your tickets.
