The easiest and quickest way you can make a booking is by doing it online here on our site. Cancellation
You cannot change, return or cancel your tickets, which we inform you early on in the booking process. By completing your purchase you agree to these conditions.
Of course we will do all we can to help you if you need to cancel your tickets. If you need to cancel or change date for your tickets, please use the contact form to your right, state your booking number, and we will – without promising anything – try to change your booking, cancel it or re-selling your tickets to other clients.
If we get your tickets cancelled or re-sold, we need to receive approval from the theatre, and then receive credit from the theatre. It is not unusual that this can take up 1-2 weeks after the performance date, before we know for sure if your tickets are cancelled or re-sold. We know this is not ideal for neither you nor us, but this is the procedure and we simply have to follow it.
